Both campgrounds on the Tennessee side of the national park will reopen at full capacity.

We came across Bandy Creek quite by accident just deciding to drive down a road and see whats there.It was great and we went back another time after that.People were fishing,kids were swimming and such a peaceful pretty area.Well worth a visit.It is a boat harbour so you are not allowed to go swimming deep into the water but kids could paddle in the shallows.We went fishing at a later date but The NPS website says that the park is temporarily closed and doesn't give info on when it might open. The campground availability grid shows no availability until 6/16, after which, it is wide open. Apparently there's no way to call or email anybody to find out if it's really scheduled to open on 6/16, or when they are going to re-assess.
